💫 Most to do lists push us to get more and more done. And when we can’t get through it all, we end up feeling bad about ourselves. WELL NOT THIS ONE. This is the Not To Do list and it’s here to guide you towards a more restful day.

- [ ] Luxurious evening baths: Stop procrastinating on work, so it doesn’t spill into after hours. Even if that means starring at my photos a little less 🥲
- [ ] Do a face Mask: Sorry did you say come over? I couldn’t hear you over the sound of the my soul resetting.
- [ ] Lay down: Just 5 minutes can change an entire day.
- [ ] Sip tea while starring at the rain: It’s the perfect opportunity to plan all the nothing you’re going to be doing.
- [ ] Deep breathing: Pad every meeting with at least 5 minutes for a little breathing time. Your energy will thank you
- [ ] Thinking about the color purple: Or whatever you want to think about tbh. But to make sure your precious time is not interrupted, put holds in your cal for everything you want to do.
- [ ] Cancel plans: ”I’m tired” is a valid excuse. Don’t be afraid to use it bb.
